3. Content and Prototypes

For content made accessible on Matrixware.net any relevant licence agreement shall apply, e.g. the terms and conditions of the Matrixware Research Collection (MAREC) Licence Agreement.

For prototypes, plug ins, and other software, hereinafter called "Prototypes", made accessible on Matrixware.net the terms and conditions of the third party offering the relevant Prototype shall apply. User will be informed about the terms and conditions before using any Prototype in advance, and any use whatsoever of the Prototype shall constitute user’s acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

MATRIXWARE PROVIDES ALL DATA, CONTENT AND PROTOTYPES "AS-IS" AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THE PRESENCE ERRORS, OR LATENT OR OTHER DEFECTS, WHETHER OR NOT DISCOVERABLE.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, MATRIXWARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY MATERIAL COMMUNICATED BY THIRD PARTIES THROUGH THIS WEB SITE.

By posting or uploading information and materials to the Matrixware Internet site, you authorise Matrixware to use, and authorise others to use any such materials in any manner or medium.
