1. Information Matrixware collects and how Matrixware uses it

In order to provide Matrixware’s full range of Services, Matrixware may collect the following types of information:

• Information you provide - When you sign up for a Matrixware Account we ask you for personal information (such as your name, your organisation, email address, your or your organisation's address, your telephone number and your date of birth, your user name and an account password).
• For certain Services, Matrixware may also request credit card or other payment account information which Matrixware maintains in encrypted form on secure servers.
